Come stay in this newly renovated, ground-level apartment located in the basement of a historic home in the West End area. It is less than 1 mile from Baptist hospital and walking distance to downtown. This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. It has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make any meal!

This basement apartment has a separate, street-level entrance and on-street parking.

You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway- including hardwood floors and granite countertops. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, laundry detergent, and K-Cups. This home also has its own laundry room with extra blankets and towels, an ironing board and iron, vacuum and broom/dustpan.

There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and queen-size bed in the bedroom, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. Ample storage will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire!

A pet (one pet maximum) is allowed with a $200 pet fee paid up front, however, each pet must first be approved. This will be done on a case by case basis. We will also require that we be allowed to come in and clean every week or two to make sure we can keep allergies for future guests at a minimum. Additionally, we ask that you never leave the pet alone unless it is crated. If we have any complaints of poop not being picked up on the property or any of the unit is soiled on or bitten/scratched- we will give you 72 hours notice to find another place for your pet or leave, refunding your money based on a prorated rate for days stayed.

Smoking and drugs are not permitted, and we ask that all guests respect neighbors by following a 10pm quiet time policy.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
