End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement governs the use of Alspaugh Portfolio Integration, a private business application operated by Alspaugh Properties and its affiliated entities.

Purpose

Alspaugh Portfolio Integration is designed for internal business use, including accounting data consolidation, financial reporting, property and portfolio management, analytics, dashboards, and related business operations.

Authorized Use

Use of the application is limited to Alspaugh Properties, its affiliated entities, and individuals authorized to access the application or connected business accounts.

Users may only connect accounts and information they are authorized to access.

Third-Party Services

The application may connect with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and other business systems. Continued availability and functionality of those integrations may depend upon the applicable third-party providers.

Data

Users remain responsible for the accuracy of information maintained in their underlying accounting and business systems. Information produced by the application is intended to assist with internal management and reporting and should be reviewed as appropriate before being relied upon for accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional decisions.

Availability

The application is provided for internal business purposes. Features, integrations, and availability may be modified or discontinued as business requirements change.

Termination and Disconnection

Access to the application may be terminated at any time. Connected third-party accounts may also be disconnected or authorization revoked through the applicable third-party service.

Changes

This agreement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the application, its integrations, or applicable requirements.
